Consultation Requirements: All K-tips, I-tips, tape-ins, & custom color services for extensions require a consultation before booking. Therefore, all K-tips, I-tips, tape-ins, & custom color services must be approved before booking. Failure to do so will result in immediate cancellation and the deposit returned.

General Hair Health & Maintenance

Frontals: Should not be worn longer than 3 weeks to maintain a healthy scalp. Improper removal can lead to damage.

Sew-Ins: Recommended wear time is 6 to 8 weeks.

Quick Weaves: Recommended wear time is 4 to 6 weeks to protect your scalp and hair health.

Blonde/Platinum Bobs: These styles can only be done every 3 to 4 months and cannot be retouched. They must be grown out naturally. The health of hair cannot be guaranteed without proper conditioning treatments and regular salon visits. Health of hair may vary.

Color Services: The stylist is not responsible for any color changes after the client leaves the salon. Consistent follow-up care is necessary to maintain both the color and health of your hair.

Treatments & Follow-Ups

Clients are expected to follow a conditioning and treatment regimen. Failure to do so may impact the health of the hair and the final results of the style.
Special Instructions

Any clients getting weave or extensions install. They must dropped off extensions a week in advance; to be colored, tinted or plucked. I can’t guarantee your extensions will be colored or plugged ahead of appointment time. If your extensions was not dropped off in a timely manner. Any client getting extensions installed must be washed and blow-dried before the appointment. If hair is not properly prepped, a $25 fee will be added to your service. Any add-ons or changes to appointment. Must be confirmed with the Service provider 48 hours in advance. Any clients running more than 15 minutes late; clients will be subjected to rescheduling of their appointment.

A trim means taking off the least amount of hair possible to make it look healthy again. Trimming your hair actually encourages hair growth. It may sound counterintuitive, but the appearance of broken split ends not only damages the look and feel of your hair, but it also contributes to the appearance of shorter hair and thinner hair ends. Freshly cut ends also help to detangle your hair. Washing and styling are not included.
